The Minister of industry ministry has passed through the Paper Industry Adjustment Plan of Viet Nam from now to 2010, which base for plan of year 2020 by his No07/2007/QD-BCN Decision. The plan includes equipping advanced technology for the Viet Nam paper industry, arranging high productivity paper and pulp manufacturing zones, aims at satisfying domestic and export demand. In recent future, paper industry will focus on pulp and paper product producing which is targeted to balance between pulp and paper product producing parallel with loose the consuming ability for those who grow paper.
